The plumbers who show up are always polite, professional, friendly and leave the place as clean as when they arrived. They always solve whatever plumbing issue I have on the same day and quickly. Top Shelf is prompt and does great work. The prices are reasonable and they are great. I called them for everything I need when it comes to plumbing. He just put in my new water heater

Short version: Top Shelf is amazing! Quick response, courteous workers arrive on time, and -- best of all -- do great work! My kitchen is now good as new! Long version: After months of a slow leak going undetected, I discovered peeling paint and waterlogged drywall around and behind my kitchen cabinets. Because I had a great experience with Top Shelf in the past, I had their number in my contacts and texted them right away. Even though it was a Sunday afternoon, I had a response in under an hour(!) telling me they would have someone come out the next morning. John arrived the next morning within the promised 30-minute window and fixed the underlying issue right away. It was great to have the repair done so quickly but I still needed much work done in my kitchen to fix the long-term damage caused by the leak. It turns out that Top Shelf has an in-house general contractor who was just as professional and punctual. The before and after pictures say it all! Thank you Top Shelf for great service!

Brandon and Tyler showed up as scheduled and within a short time, identified the problem. They then repaired the leak area. They both were very courteous and explained what they found and how they were going to fix it. Then Jaime and John showed up and removed all the water damaged areas in our master bathroom, office and closet area. They installed three large drying fans with barriers. All well done and very professional. Mike MacDonald oversaw all the steps along the way and kept us informed about all the future steps. All Top Shelf services were completed on time and as scheduled.
